WoW News

  • Some more updates to WoW's character models. Updates include a modified night elf animation, and some model touch ups. Mostly Alliance fixes but there was some touchups to Orcs, Tauren and Undead as well.

  • Another set of hotfixes for Janurary 12th. Most notible change is that the Haste state is now 11.1% more effective. Find all the other class changes here.

  • More details of the updated Heirlooms coming in 6.1

  • Blackrock officially has a raid schedule! Normal & Heroic open Feb 3rd, Mythic opens Feb 10th, and the LFR wings begin to open starting Feb 17th. More information on the LFR wing schedule here.

  • Been playing WoW for the whole time? Blizzard has an awesome gift for you! As a thank you from Blizzard to you, they are rewarding you with an Orc Wolf Rider Mini-Statue. It's a minature version of the statue located outside Blizzard HQ. To be eligible for this gift, a player must have created a World of Warcraft account within 60 days of the game launching in the NA or EU regions, and maintained their subscription or game time for all ten years.

Diablo News

  • Patch 2.1.2 Released! Full list of patch notes here.

    • With the patch we also got new Class-Specific Items, new area updates in adventure mode and the new seasonal legendary items. It also gave us a preview of the new legendary gems.

    • New Treasure Goblins! Take the time to hunt down the Gem Hoarder, the Blood Thief, the Odious Collector and the Malevolent Tormentor! These new goblins can only be found in adventure mode!

    • Ancient Items have also been added in this patch. They are more powerful than legendary items and will help you pack a bigger punch against the demons!

Hearthstone News

  • Price increases on iOS devices. Don't blame Blizzard or Apple for this. This is because of taxation changes in the way digital goods are distributed. Prices however have not been changed on the normal HS store. They are also currently uneffected on Android devices but we expect the change to happen there as well.

  • Gamespot.com has a great interview up with Ben Brode. In the interview he goes over multiple different Hearthstone cards and talks about many of them in great detail. He also discusses the issue of "Having too many cards" and says that while many games in this genre solve the problem already, they have some ideas unique to Hearthstone that could potentially resolve the issue. Heroes of the Storm News

  • Heroes is officially in Closed Beta! Read the official patch notes here.

    • Thrall can be yours for 15,000 gold or $9.99

    • New battleground: Sky Temple. It's a 3 lane battlefield with temples at the center of each lane. Teams will battle to capture the temples unleashing the guardians. Once the guardians are released players will have to battle them to retain control of the active temple.

    • The Holiday skins have been removed from the store as well as the holiday mount.

    • The real-money and gold price for stitches has been reduced.

  • This weeks free hero rotation is: Muradin, Raynor, Rehgar, Tassadar, and Tyrael for the first 5. Zagara if you're level 12 and Illidan if you're level 15.

  • Upcoming Store Sale for 1/20-1/26

    • Gazlowe, Big Top Gazlowe Skin, and Magni Muradin Skin

  • Log in now to enjoy your Closed Beta XP Boost!

    • The XP boost is 100% and it is currently active! It will last until 11:59pm PST on 1/18.
